How to reduce worry and anxiety

Ø  Remind yourself that women have been having babies for millions of years and that your body knows what to do.
Ø  Immerse yourself in an activity you love. Read a great book, knit, cook — any activity that makes you lose track of time and your thoughts will work.
Ø  Seek out support. Talk to your partner or friends.
Ø  Exercise — long walks are wonderful and prenatal yoga is particularly relaxing.
Ø  Splurge on a prenatal massage or ask your partner for a rubdown. It's a great chance for him to do something nice for you and the baby.
Ø  If stress is affecting your relationships, work, or ability to sleep, do yourself (and your baby) a favor, and talk to your caregiver.  Read More
